Tourism Outlook: A Record-Breaking Year Ahead
According to WTTC’s latest Economic Impact Research (EIR), Italy’s Travel & Tourism sector is on track for a record-breaking 2025. International visitor spending is forecast to reach an all-time high of €60.4 billion, while the industry is set to support 3.2 million jobs — an increase of 100,000 compared to last year. The sector is also expected to contribute a remarkable €237.4 billion to the Italian economy.
With such promising growth, the WTTC’s 25th Global Summit will serve as a milestone event, spotlighting Italy’s role in shaping the future of global Travel & Tourism.
