Yes, to avoid potential spammers, only business email addresses can register to the platform. Private email addresses such as yahoo, hotmail, aol, gmx, etc. will be unfortunately sorted out.
After the 7 days trail, your account will be deactivated automatically. As soon as you subscribe to a paid plan, your account will be reactivated accordingly.

Our hotel data are based on publicly available information as provided by OTAs, surveys, touristic information, the hotel properties or their cooperation partners in brochures, online directories as well as the homepage of the hotel.
We constantly maintain and update our data on daily basis with AI and cutting-edge deep web technologies. High qualified and professional AI implementations check, verify, and cleanse existing & new data from up to 100 reliable sources. To make it short: more than 100.000 hotels and contacts are checked and updated each and every day.
The data accuracy and quality are outstanding as we update our data on daily basis with AI and cutting-edge deep web technologies. Nevertheless, a database of any kind can never be 100% up-to-date at a certain point. AI techs deliver amazing results but sometimes few errors happen. Natural reasons play also a role, for example, a hotel that has been checked, updated and enriched last week can have a new star rating, amenity or facility one week later. Therefore you need to take a small error rate into consideration.

Data access depends on your subscribed plan and is available as the following:

There is no any limitations in yearly plans, however, monthly plans do have some limitations:

  • Yearly plans come with full online access, unlimited hotel exports and Rest-API
Each and every hotel has a unique “ID” and “PrimaryKey”. Based on those data fields you can always identify which hotels you already imported in your CRM to be updated and which hotels are new to be added. Connecting to our platform via our leading API is of course a great idea to automate updates, new data and synchronisation.

Both databases are cross-referenced via the common data field “Account Id”. This data field is available in the CSV exports and is the main match key you need in order to assign the contacts to the right hotels.

Simply hit the like button to save the hotel into your favourite list. You can do it of course individually or in bulk in the list view. In the filters you can easily of course filter out your favourite list of hotels.

There are no any limitations in the online access. In a paid plan, you have full online access to all contacts available in your subscribed country or region. To avoid contacts abuse though, the data exports are capped as the following:

  • Monthly plans come with 2500 contacts export per month
  • Yearly plans come with 240.000 contacts export per year

Data Export

Learn how to export in CSVs and how to push updates and new data into your CRM.

All data exported from the platform are in CSV, which is the most common data format any CRM can integrate.

  • Export: exports the marked data records in your list view in CSV. The export takes place within your browser.
  • Export All: exports all records from your filter results in CSV. You will receive in short a download link via mail.

Apart from some featured data elements, that are accessible only in the Tourism license, basically all data elements that are displayed in the hotel and contact profiles will be exported. You can compare plans for more information on the featured elements.

Yes of course, email address are available in the hotels and contacts data export.

Data exports depend very much on the subscription plan and the database, whether hotels or contacts. Here is an overview on the number of data exports per a subscription plan:

  • Monthly plans: 2500 hotels and 2500 contacts export per month
  • Yearly plans: unlimited hotels and 240.000 contacts export per year

You can compare plans for more information on the export matter.

This featured function in yearly plans mainly exports all records resulted from your filter page. You will receive a download link via mail containing your CSV export in 50k batches. To avoid any duplicates in the exported files and out of performance reasons, the “Export All” button will be disabled for 15 minutes after execution.

Email Addresses

Learn how we collect, check and verify email addresses, and what the confidence scores mean.

The hotel email addresses are collected mainly from online sources across the web, primarily the home page of the hotel.

The contacts email addresses are collected mainly by AI, email finders and reliable bounce tools. Our AI analysis can predict, based on the company’s pattern, how an email address of employees might look like. Afterwards it verifies the email address with bounce tools to check the response of the SMTP server. Based on the SMTP response, the email’s confidence score will be defined.

Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) is a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) for sending messages. Most email verification tools leverage SMTP tickling to ask an email service if an email exists, thereby verifying its validity.

One of the main procedures of finding the contact email addresses is verifying the response of the SMTP server to define the confidence score and email status:
  • Verified: accuracy rate of more than 90%
  • Extrapolated: accuracy rate between 60%-90%
  • Guessed: accuracy rate below 60%
Regardless the email status, we advise to run any email lists through a bounce tool within 24h before running a mailing campaign.

When an email cannot be delivered to an email server, it’s called a bounce. We categorize bounces into two types: hard bounces and soft bounces.

  • Soft-Bounces: typically indicate a temporary delivery issue e.g. mailbox is full (over quota), mailbox is not configured correctly, email message is too large, email message blocked due to content or the recipient email server is down or offline.
  • Hard-Bounces: a hard bounce indicates a permanent reason an email cannot be delivered. However, there are occasionally cases in which valid email addresses will hard bounce, e.g. denied by firewall / filter or a major ISP blocking your emails.

Apart from the GDPR regulations, each country in the EU or worldwide has its own Opt-In / Out regulations for email marketing, which must be taken into consideration before initialising email marketing campaigns.

Rest-API

Learn how to use our leading API to search, update and sync your data in any system.

In the Professional and Tourism plans you can find your API key directly in your dashboard.
The main format of the delivered response is JSON.

Here are the main endpoints for the API calls:

  • Hotels filter: search for a set of hotels based on the inserted parameters
  • Hotel record: sync a certain hotel based on the unique PrimaryKey
  • Persons filter: search for a set of contacts based on the inserted parameters
  • Person record: sync a certain contact based on the unique PrimaryKey

With the corresponding filter endpoints you can search a set of records based on the inserted parameters, for example:

  • Hotels: you can make a call request for all 5 star hotels in France with minimum 50 rooms
  • Persons: you can make a call request for all Hilton contacts with the job title “Manager” in Spain

You can sync a certain hotel or contact based on the unique PrimaryKey. Visit our API documentation for more information.

There are no limitations on the API calls of a certain endpoint except the persons filter, which considers the yearly export limitation.

For your security, API keys are no longer editable after account creation. If your plan changes, your API key will change accordingly and thus you’ll need to update any integration that uses it.

Billing

The fee varies depending on the country or region you would like to access as well as the license plan.

It depends on your data needs, whether you would like limited or unlimited data exports, monthly or yearly plans, API sync, etc:

  • Basic: billed monthly
  • Advanced: billed monthly
  • Professional: billed yearly
  • Tourism: billed yearly

Yes, up to 5% discount if you write us a positive review and agree to use your name, LinkedIn picture and company logo as reference.

Depends on your license plan; Basic and Advanced are billed monthly upfront. Professional and Tourism are billed yearly upfront.

You can upgrade your plan any time during the first 3 months after the license start. The upgrade price is the difference between what is paid for your current package and the new package’s price. Please note that Basic and Advanced plans shall be extended automatically by a further month unless notice to terminate it is given three days prior to the end of the subscribed month in writing by one of the parties. Yearly plans such as Professional and Tourism shall be extended automatically by twelve further months unless notice to terminate it is given three months prior to the end of the license period in writing by one of the parties. For the monthly subscriptions we accept payment methods such as Visa, Master Card and PayPal. Annual subscriptions are due via Wire Transfers only to our German bank. Feel free to reach out to our support here for more information.

All our prices exclude VAT. If your firm’s invoice address is in the EU and you would like to receive a VAT free invoice, you must have a valid VAT number associated with your firm’s address. If your firm is seated outside of the EU, the invoice shall be VAT free.
