For more than five decades, the renowned trade fair “Everything for the Guest” has brought together professionals from the gastronomy, hospitality, and culinary industries in Salzburg. Marking its 55th anniversary, the event looks ahead with a clear focus on innovation and future readiness.
From Regional Showcase to Leading Industry Event
Launched in 1970 as a modest regional exhibition, “Everything for the Guest” has grown into one of the most significant trade fairs in the Danube-Alps-Adriatic region. Today, it attracts around 700 exhibitors and welcomes over 35,000 industry visitors each year, making it a premier event in Austria’s hospitality landscape.
Inspiration, Innovation, and Industry Networking
The event continues to evolve, with expanded exhibition space, new thematic areas, and a dynamic supporting program. Attendees now enjoy access to over 100 engaging program highlights, including expert talks, interactive workshops, and exclusive masterclasses led by more than 300 industry specialists.

Looking Ahead to 2025
The organizing team aims to further enhance the fair’s impact and relevance. For the 2025 edition, exciting new formats and side events are in development – including Next Gastro, a greater presence for startups, trendsetting topics, hands-on workshops, and immersive live experiences.

The next edition of the fair will take place from November 8–11, 2025 at the Messezentrum Salzburg.
