Nashville EDITION financing advances Gulch mega-project
Walker Inc. has arranged a $371.5 million financing package for The Nashville EDITION, a planned hotel and residential tower in the city’s Gulch neighborhood. Working on behalf of Tidal Real Estate Partners, the firm secured capital from Madison Realty Capital and KSL Capital Partners to advance the project at 11th Avenue North and Grundy Street.
The 28-story development is designed to combine 261 hotel keys with 84 branded residences. Plans call for separate lobbies and fitness areas for guests and owners, alongside shared amenities such as a spa, golf simulator, meeting rooms, and approximately 8,300 square feet of ballroom and pre-function space. A rooftop pool and bar with cabanas will target both leisure and entertainment demand in downtown Nashville. Tidal Real Estate Partners is already active in the Gulch, with the 1111 Church multifamily property and a forthcoming dual-branded Marriott development, but no opening timetable has been released for The Nashville EDITION.
